Location : Malta

Basis : Full time

Hybrid/Remote : mainly remote working from home

Remuneration : Salary + bonus + benefits

Main Duties:

• Engage with potential clients through detailed consultations, accurately identifying their health insurance needs and providing personalized plan recommendations
• Convert leads into successful sales 
• Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Deliver presentations to clients on complex health insurance plans and benefits
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors, and health insurance regulations
• Partner with the General Manager (Malta) to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve business objectives

What skills do you need?

• Experience in Sales, not necessarily in insurance
• Able to reach set sales targets
• Able to build client rapport and trust
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Industry product knowledge is a plus
• CRM software proficiency and data protection is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication & presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management
• High ethical standards and integrity and willing to travel

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
