Key Responsibilities:
Provide clear and accurate information about a wide range of insurance products and services.
Assist clients with new policy applications, renewals, and general inquiries.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions.
What You Bring:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively.
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience working with insurance (State Farm experience preferred).
