This role will be part of the Procurement Team within the Finance division. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and optimization of our procurement catalogs within Coupa, supporting efficient source-to-pay operations.

• Manage and maintain item catalogs in Coupa, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to update catalog content, pricing, and item availability.
• Monitor catalog performance and usage, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Troubleshoot catalog-related issues and provide support to end users.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with catalog onboarding for new suppliers and categories.
• Generate and analyze catalog reports to support business decisions.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience 

• 3 years of experience in procurement, catalog management, or related field; experience with Coupa or similar procurement platforms required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent training/experience.

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

• Familiarity with supplier management, stakeholder management and e-procurement processes.
• Experience working in a large, complex organization.

Skills, Licenses, and Certifications

• Proficiency in Coupa or other procurement/catalog management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
