Position Summary:
Mike's Tech Shop is looking for a Triage Technician to help with Mac and iPhone triage and repair intakes. There are also some light sales as well, as this is a front of house role interacting with our customers at the shop. Our entire business is built on providing the best Apple retail sales and service experience in New York and we are looking for a person who is willing to go above and beyond.
Mike's Tech Shop is New York's premiere independent Apple Store. This job offers lots of training and advancement potential. In fact, most of our techs and all of our managers started with us in this role.
