Job Description

AppleOne is currently seeking 3 motivated Appointment Setters to join a growing home improvement team in Anaheim. In this high-energy, fast-paced office role, you’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads by making outbound calls to homeowners.

Responsibilities:
Make 800–900 outbound calls daily using an auto-diale
Promote home improvement services (windows, roofing, painting, etc.)
Qualify leads and schedule in-home or virtual appointments
Accurately log all activity in CRM
Follow up with previous contacts to maximize conversion
Meet daily/weekly performance goals

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week
Saturdays required
One weekday off (flexible)
On-site in Anaheim

Requirements:

Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing preferred
Comfortable in a high-volume call setting
Strong communication and persistence
Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation

Compensation:

$17–$20/hour DOE
Commission: $5 per confirmed demo | $50 per sale
