• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required
• 7-10 Years of experience in architectural design and project leadership
• Proficiency in Revit is required
• Must have multi-family and hospitality project experience
• Experience with sustainable design practices and green building standards is a plus
• Previous experience leading architectural teams is highly desirable.
• Enthusiastic commitment to the team environment
• Proactive written and verbal communication skills
