In this role, you will be responsible for assembling break discs after their manufacturing process. Your tasks will include testing complete units, inspecting parts for quality, and using hand and power tools efficiently. You will perform activities planned by others and follow both verbal and written instructions in English. Adherence to standard operating procedures is crucial, along with effective communication and teamwork. Flexibility to work in different areas as needed by the production schedule is required. You must maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with company policies and core values. Regular lifting of up to 30 lbs is part of the job. **Responsibilities** + Assemble break discs after manufacturing. + Test complete units and inspect parts for quality. + Utilize hand tools and small power tools. + Perform tasks as planned by others. + Follow verbal and written instructions in English. + Adhere to standard operating procedures. + Communicate effectively and work well in a team. + Adapt to different production areas as needed. + Maintain a clean and safe workplace in line with company policies. + Lift up to 30 lbs regularly. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience. + 2+ years of blueprint experience. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good attitude and reliability. + Any type of manufacturing or mechanical aptitude is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy competitive compensation with a move to $19.25/hr once hired. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
