Hilbish Ford is seeking a friendly, attentive, and reliable individual for our Part-Time Automotive Front Desk Receptionist Position. A Front Desk Receptionist is a professional responsible for greeting and taking care of customers’ needs when they interact with the dealership. The ideal candidate will maintain the front desk, answer incoming calls, and ensure the customers are properly routed. What we can offer you:

What you would be doing:

• Communicate with customers and co-workers in a professional, friendly manner
• Provide necessary information to callers, customers, and co-workers
• Assist in various clerical duties
• Assist customers with various needs
• Maintain a positive environment for customers and co-workers
• All other duties assigned

What we need from you:

• Excellent communication and organizational skill s
• Welcoming personality
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suites
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent organization skills
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening
