• Lead and inspire a team of service technicians to deliver exceptional automotive service, ensuring every client leaves satisfied.
• Oversee daily operations of the service department, maintaining a smooth workflow and efficient processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, fostering long-term relationships.
• Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization.
• Manage inventory and resources effectively, ensuring the availability of necessary parts and tools.
• Train and mentor team members, promoting professional development and career advancement opportunities within the company.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading and managing a team of automotive service technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Ability to oversee and optimize daily service department operations, maintaining efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing customer satisfaction strategies that enhance client retention.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor service metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work seamlessly with other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Experience in managing inventory and resources effectively, ensuring the availability of necessary parts and tools.
• Ability to train and mentor team members, fostering professional development and career growth opportunities within the company.
• DealerTrack, XTime, and Cox legacy systems are recommended.
