Job Title: Azure Security Engineer Full-time

Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)

Duration: Long Term

Experience: 6-10 Years

We're searching for a skilled Azure Security Engineer to ensure the security and integrity of our cloud infrastructure. You'll collaborate with IT staff, developers, and product managers to implement and manage security measures across our Azure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage security solutions in Azure.
• Monitor security alerts and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
• Perform regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to understand security requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM) in Azure.
• Conduct security audits and risk assessments.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Azure security technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Security Engineer, with a focus on Azure.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure security services and features.
• Experience with security monitoring and incident response.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate) are a plus.
