Summary of Responsibilities

We are looking for our missing teammate! The responsibilities of this position include prospecting for leads that fit our client model, generating referrals, speaking and presenting at various events, and maintaining the CRM. We are a work hard, play hard, kind of team, so this position is perfect for someone looking to beat those sales goals while also maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

Essential Functions

  • Prospect for and qualify new sales leads
  • Respond to all prospect inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Schedule, conduct, and close sales presentations
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Generate referrals from current clients and key industry contacts
  • Generate leads from outbound calls, social media, networking, tradeshows, and conferences
  • Speak and present at industry and trade association events, webinars, and demonstrations
  • Maintain all aspects of the CRM, client contact, sales reporting, and company administration

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

  • 5+ years as a successful commission salesperson, preferably in business-to-business sales
  • Experience working as a business owner or with small business owners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
  • Technology proficiency, especially with MS Office Suite, Zoom, and CRM software
  • Must have high energy, a positive attitude, and strong follow-through
  • Must be self-motivated and very organized
  • Preferred: Sandler Sales experience, experience with the construction industry, experience with KEAP Max Classic (CRM)

Compensation

  • On-target earnings for the first year: $85,000-$100,000+
  • $55,000 base salary
  • Unlimited commission potential
  • Health insurance (100% of deductible paid by employer)
  • PTO
  • 401k with matching
  • End-of-year bonus based on profitability
  • Paid time off the week between Christmas and New Year after 1 year of employment
