Auntie Kim's Pound Cakes Bakery in Cumming ,GA is looking for one baker /pastry chef to join our small team. We are located on 433 Canton Road ste103, Cumming, GA 30040.

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, pays attention to detail and is very reliable.

Our baker will be responsible for more than just baking. A successful candidate will be expected to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of a baking manager, which can include:

• Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.
• Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.
• Able to bake pound cakes while also directing staff production activities to make sure that products are up to standards.
• Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings to achieve a finished appearance.
• Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.
• Wrap and package products for both retail and wholesale .
• Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.
• Manage special orders for catering orders
• Provide excellent customer service when answering phones or working as cashier
• Obtain and maintain a food protection manager certificate
