As a Barista, you’ll be the face of Hawaiian Island Cafe, crafting delicious beverages and providing exceptional service with a smile. No prior experience? No problem! We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for creating memorable moments for our customers.
Here are a few of the ways you’ll shine in this role:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with accuracy and care.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure an enjoyable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to keep the café running smoothly.
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Be a team player, supporting your coworkers and contributing to a positive work environment.
