Ride the elevator to the top floor of Hotel Renegade and step into The Highlander, where the party’s just getting started. Grab a drink from the bar and indulge in the sexiest views of downtown Boise. Take a seat inside or heat things up at one of the outdoor fire pits.

YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience. As a Bartender, you are responsible for effectively serving customers and presenting great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections, creating and presenting order choices, and maintaining a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Take customers’ food and drink orders
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures, and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
• Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed
• Process payments from guests and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
• Comply with all state and local liquor regulations
• Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests

SCHEDULE

• Current available shifts are for the daytime. Shifts typically run from 10am to 5pm.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have experience in making classic cocktails
• You possess basic math skills (able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer)
• You have legible handwriting, strong customer service skills, and oral communication skills
• You have a valid Operator's License
• Craft cocktail and high-volume experience is a must

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING

• You have one year of bartending experience (preferred)
• You have wine experience and/or certification

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
