We are currently seeking driven individuals to join our team as Benefits Consultants, assisting seniors across the country with Medicare and Life Insurance enrollment over the phone and at times face to face from our modern, state-of-the-art office in Trevose, PA.

This is not a cold-calling position. All Benefit Consultants are provided with a steady stream of inbound, high-intent leads from individuals actively seeking assistance with their coverage options. Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound phone consultations with individuals seeking Medicare and Life Insurance guidance.
• Recommend coverage options based on clients' health, lifestyle, and financial needs.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support.
• Achieve individual and team performance goals within a structured, professional sales environment.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and family culture.

Experience and Abilities:

• A motivated, coachable mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
• No prior insurance or sales experience required.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort communicating by phone.
• Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License (CVIG covers all training costs and pays you during the licensing process).
