Nexeo HR is seeking a Bilingual Picker/Packer to join our logistics team in Irving, TX . This is a long-term warehouse position with a fast-paced distribution center specializing in order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics solutions. Responsibilities:

• Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack products based on item numbers and order specifications.
• Inventory Organization: Sort and store products within the warehouse, ensuring proper placement.
• Labeling & Shipment Prep: Correctly label products, package items in boxes or bags, and prepare for shipment.
• Quality Control: Maintain high attention to detail while handling specialty products.
• Warehouse Operations: Operate an order picker or similar warehouse equipment to move and retrieve items.  

Qualifications:

• Required:  Spanish/English bilingual (MUST be fluent in both languages).
• Required : Some previous experience in a warehouse type role.
• Required: Successfully pass a pre -employment drug screen.
• Preferred: Some familiarity with order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite in Irving, TX.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds or more) and perform tasks that involve prolonged standing, walking, and bending.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and vendors.

Pay

$15.50 Per Hour

Schedule

Full-Time | Day Shift | 7:30am – 4:00pm | Monday - Friday
