Responsibilities include:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and coworkers
- Payroll for Technicians- knowledge of CDK is helpful
- Deposit checks/CC/Cash daily
- Update the production list as needed
- Book Repair orders for GO cars
- Communicate with insurance com, before delivering to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer questions or concerns
- Communicate with customers through various methods - phone calls, emails, etc
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Build relationships of trust through open communication
- Record customer interactions/transactions
- Effectively communicate with supervisor and coworkers
- Provide feedback to the supervisor
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and motivated by results
Requirements include:
- High school diploma / GED
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screen
- Computers skills/knowledge
- Knowledge of CDK.
- Strong call center experience preferred
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Attention to detail
