• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and coworkers
• Payroll for Technicians- knowledge of CDK is helpful
• Deposit checks/CC/Cash daily
• Update the production list as needed
• Book Repair orders for GO cars
• Communicate with insurance com, before delivering to customers.
• Respond promptly to customer questions or concerns
• Communicate with customers through various methods - phone calls, emails, etc
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
• Build relationships of trust through open communication
• Record customer interactions/transactions
• Effectively communicate with supervisor and coworkers
• Provide feedback to the supervisor
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic and motivated by results

• High school diploma / GED
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen
• Computers skills/knowledge
• Knowledge of CDK.
• Strong call center experience preferred
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Attention to detail
