Seneca Foods is one of the most highly integrated fruit and vegetable processing companies in the US. We manage many—and in some cases all—aspects of production. At Seneca, we produce seeds, harvest crops, manufacture our own containers and provide a wide range of nutritious fruit and vegetable products. Seneca Foods in Blue Earth, MN is currently seeking a Boiler Operator to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintenance of boilers and related equipment
• Operate and maintain RO system
• Operate and maintain water sanitizer system, wells, and water softener
• Ensure proper GMPs, accurate and timely record keeping
• Maintenance of other areas as needed
• Employee relations
• Appropriate budget planning and cost control
• Environmental duties
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• First Class B or Chief B Boiler License
• Must have good attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Strong mechanical repair and trouble shooting skills

Starting wage range based on skills, abilities and experience from $28.00 to $36.00 per hour.
