Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team! If you enjoy working with numbers, keeping financial records organized, and ensuring smooth financial operations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

### What You'll Do:
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare financial statements and reports to support decision-making.
- Process invoices and maintain financial records in an organized manner.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting to help guide financial planning.
- Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support the team with year-end audits and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

### What We're Looking For:
- Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred, but not required. At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience is ideal.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks is a must. Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for accuracy.
- Communication & Teamwork: Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team when needed.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset to identify and resolve financial discrepancies efficiently.
