We are a dynamic restaurant and bakery located in the heart of Manhattan’s Bryant Park, offering an exceptional dining experience focusing on quality food and beverages. We seek a detail-oriented and experienced **Bookkeeper - Accounts Payable** to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reconcile Purchase Orders & Invoices:- Update and maintain accurate pricing for all food and beverage items.
2. Supplier Management- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, address open invoices, and coordinate payments.
3. Accounting & Reporting:- Export all invoices to QuickBooks Online for accurate financial tracking.
- Prepare payment summaries in line with due dates.
- Scan and organize invoices for easy reference and compliance.
4. Sales Reconciliation:- Reconcile sales deposits in QuickBooks Online to ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements
- Must reside in the NYC area
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Marketman is a plus but not required.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Compensation
- Hourly rate: **$19 - $24**, based on experience.

- On-site presence required 1-2 days per week at our Bryant Park location.
