Job Description



The Brand Content Manager will play a key role in bringing our brand vision to life through content across multiple platforms. This role focuses on writing briefs, supporting key calendar moments, and coordinating production to ensure storytelling aligns with marketing strategy and objectives. The manager will balance hands-on execution with project leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content. 

What you'll get to do:

  • Manage and support the end-to-end content process from briefing through rollout, ensuring cross-functional alignment, timely execution, and consistent storytelling. 
  • Support the execution of brand content strategies across channels. Coordinate content production with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring deliverables meet the brief and brand expectations. 
  • Partner with Brand Activations, Performance Marketing, Sports Marketing, and other teams to ensure brand storytelling is consistent across consumer touchpoints. 
  • Partner with Performance Marketing to provide paid support for brand initiatives. 
  • Own the blog content calendar, managing briefs, ensuring content goes live on time, and aligning with blog strategy and SEO needs. 
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure briefs and deliverables are clear and actionable. 
  • Track and analyze content performance, reporting monthly on insights and recommendations to improve engagement and impact. 
  • Stay current on industry trends, new formats, and best practices to support brand storytelling. 

Qualifications



Who you are:

  • 7+ years of experience in brand content creation and social media with demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish. 
  • Strong understanding of content production, storytelling, and digital platforms. 
  • Experience managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines in a collaborative environment. 
  • Skilled at briefing creative teams or agencies, managing deliverables through execution. 
  • Proficiency with content management systems, analytics tools, and social platforms. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. 
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling and digital marketing.

The salary range for this role is $100,900 per year - $129,780 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
