This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Brand Designer in the European Union.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic designer to shape the visual identity of a rapidly growing, innovative company. You will take ownership of brand design across digital, print, video, and product touchpoints, ensuring every interaction communicates a consistent and compelling story. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will set the standard for visual systems, elevate marketing campaigns, and help define the overall aesthetic of the company. This role provides high autonomy, fast-paced growth, and the chance to make a tangible impact on brand perception and user experience. Accountabilities

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve the company website, ensuring it is visually appealing, modern, and differentiated.
  • Build and scale a cohesive brand design system covering colors, typography, illustrations, icons, photography style, and motion guidelines.
  • Lead end-to-end creation of marketing collateral, including digital campaigns, social media assets, print, and event materials.
  • Conceptualize and design video content and motion graphics for product explainers and brand storytelling.
  • Create illustrations and graphics for product interfaces, marketing channels, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Design event materials, promotional items, and branded swag, maintaining visual consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, video, and growth to deliver impactful design solutions.
  • Ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries across all projects and mediums.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of design experience, with at least 2 years in brand design or related roles.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating work across web, visual systems, marketing campaigns, and storytelling through design.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and art direction skills.
  • Proven ability to translate brand strategy into compelling, cohesive visual systems.
  • Strong conceptual thinking combined with pixel-perfect execution.
  • Collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead visual direction.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with lean processes and rapid iteration.
  • Excellent communication skills to present and justify design concepts persuasively.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in hybrid or remote settings.
