Job Description

A well established Civil/Structural Engineering Firm in North Palm Beach has an immediate opening for a Building Inspector. This full-time position will include inspections of ongoing projects, assistance in forensic investigations, and provide oversight and project management skills. This individual must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and assume responsibility for project execution.

• Conduct Project Coordination Meetings/Prepare Meeting Minutes 
• Inspect/Investigate due to Catastrophes such as Severe Storms, Hurricanes, Fire, Floods
• Verify Quantities/Preparation of a Cost Estimate 
• Participate in Development of Project Specifications
• Provide Timely Inspection Reports 

Skills:

• Self Motivated and Able to Work Independently
• Must have Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Salary:

• Based on years of Experience
