Job Description

Drive Success. Lead with Impact. Join CAPITAL as a BDC Manager at Hilbish Ford! Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving growth and developing high-performing teams? Hilbish Ford is on the lookout for a strategic and motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to lead sales initiatives, convert leads into revenue, and drive our continued success. This isn’t just a managerial role—it’s a hands-on opportunity to own the sales process, build key relationships, and make a measurable impact on our bottom line. If you're a natural deal-maker who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment, we want to talk. What You’ll Do:

  • Take ownership of the BDC sales funnel—developing, qualifying, and closing high-potential leads
  • Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership to build and execute effective sales strategies
  • Follow up with inbound and outbound prospects to build relationships and move deals forward
  • Identify growth opportunities through market trends, data insights, and competitive analysis
  • Leverage CRM tools to track activity, monitor pipeline health, and optimize conversion rates
  • Work closely with store GMs and sales teams to align goals and maximize customer acquisition
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty and trust
  • Maintain a sharp focus on performance metrics, adapting quickly to hit and exceed targets
What You Bring:
  • A strong track record in business development and closing sales
  • Confidence in managing the entire sales process from prospecting to final sale
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
  • CRM and sales platform expertise (e.g., Salesforce, VinSolutions, or similar)
  • Ability to think on your feet and deliver creative solutions under pressure
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in automotive, powersports, or high-ticket retail industries a plus
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background screening
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay structure
  • Comprehensive health insurance
  • Paid time off to recharge
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • A positive, inclusive, and supportive work culture
