Description Responsibilities: + Perform analysis of business issues, provide recommendations for possible solutions, work with Business users and IT value teams to drive decision making and define requirements for application development, ensuring that business needs and IT controls are being met + Works closely with the Product Manager (EM), Experience Owner (EO), and Product Owner (PO) to identify cross impacted teams and obtain a high-level effort related to Epics and Features + Complete Use Cases and User Stories to guide application development efforts, working closely with the development and business teams to ensure successful implementation + Analyze opportunities to improve application reliability, provide recommendations for possible solutions, and work with IT and Business partners to implement solutions that enhance application and infrastructure reliability + Has a strong understanding of API's, Real Time Service Calls, and external file transfers + Perform analysis of compliance vulnerabilities, work with IT and Business teams to eliminate vulnerabilities, support internal and external audit related activities. Communicate project status and escalates issues as needed + Facilitate Product Backlog Items (PBI) review and estimation sessions with the project team + Maintains the quality of the Evergreen documentation to ensure the reliability for future related efforts or assist with remediating production incidents + Works with the team to build user stories for developing APIs on REST architecture + The ability to pivot to assist with other members of the teams as the need arises Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree + 7+ years of experience in business analysis of product and/or software development + 1+ years of LEDGERING EXPERIENCE + 5+years of experience with teams building REST APIs and/or basic knowledge of REST Architecture + 5+ years of Payments/payment processing background in 1 or more of the following: Wires, ACH, Zelle, TCH RTP or Bill Payments preferred, Ledgering, Merchant + 3+ years experience with Agile, Iterative and Waterfall delivery models Preferred skills: + Exceptional problem solving and strategic thinking skills. + Excellent analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills. + Strong organizational and motivational skills. + Has written detailed Use Cases and/or User Stories with of Gherkin Acceptance Criteria. + Experience with teams building REST APIs and/or basic knowledge of REST Architecture - Experience in working in iterative/Agile environment related for middleware development + Previous experience with Jira or Azure Dev Ops(ADO) to maintain User Stories and evergreen documentation would be preferred - Understanding of Agile practices and project rituals + Exceptional problem solving and strategic thinking skills + Excellent analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills + Has previous experience with Agile, Iterative and Waterfall delivery models + Strong organizational and motivational skills + Has written detailed Use Cases and/or User Stories with of Gherkin Acceptance Criteria Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
