Cabinet Finisher / Spray Painter
Location: Douglasville, Ga
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced  Cabinet Finisher with at least 3 years of hands-on experience painting and finishing cabinets . The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, has a strong attention to detail, and understands the full finishing process from prep to final coat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cabinets for finishing, including  puttying, sanding, and surface prep
• Prime and  finish using airless sprayers and pressure pots
• Apply  lacquer-based paints ,  pre-catalyzed epoxy finishes , and  water- or oil-based stains
• Maintain spray equipment and work area to ensure clean, consistent results
• Inspect finished pieces for quality and consistency before installation or delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional cabinet finishing or furniture finishing experience
• Proficient with  airless sprayers, pressure pots, and finishing equipment
• Strong understanding of different finish types (lacquer, epoxy, water/oil-based stains)
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a custom cabinet shop environment
• Knowledge of color matching and touch-up techniques
