Care Coordinator (Mental Health Practice)
Part-Time to Full-Time | Evening Hours Preferred

We are currently seeking a Care Coordinator to join our mental health practice. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth client experience, from intake to ongoing care coordination. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, loves helping people, and tech-savvy , with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Prior experience in a mental health setting or a strong understanding of mental health services is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client intake calls, scheduling, cancellations, and transfers
• Collaborative with clinical department
• Address client concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintain confidential client records and handle records requests
• Assist with office management tasks, including handling mail and checks
• Support HR functions such as phone screenings and employee reminders
• Participate in team meetings and foster a collaborative work environment

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in mental health or strong knowledge of mental health practices required
• Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Tech savvy 
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team
• Background check required
• 3 references to be provided upon request

Job Details

• Schedule: Part-time to full-time
• Location: Must live in or near Los Angeles (hybrid position)
• Pay Range: $22-$30/hour
