Our Front of House Team Members are the face of our operation and serve as the first step in providing quality service and hospitality. Front of House Team Members help cultivate excellent experiences for each guest served by providing quick, friendly and accurate service. Full Time/Anytime Team Member serves 30+ hours weekly; Monday-Saturday Availability; Hours of Operation 5:45am-10:45pm Chick-fil-A Salem(VA) offers a positive team-oriented work environment, competitive pay, continual support and training, tuition assistance program, 401K, healthcare, paid time off, performance-based evaluations, Sundays off, uniform provided and meals during shifts.
