What You’ll Earn & Enjoy
$109,000–$133,000+ annually / $2,100–$2,575 weekly
2–4 loads per week, 6–8 stops per load
34-hour weekly home reset (most weeks include a weekend day)
100% dry van, touch freight only (driver unloads onto conveyor; store staff handle shelving)
Take-home truck allowed with secure parking
Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO (starts after 60 days)
Hourly pay $29-$31 based on verifiable experience
Overtime after 40 hours (1.5x)
Requirements
CDL-A with at least 3 months experience (local, regional, or OTR)
Minimum age 21
Clean driving record (≤2 moving violations, no serious violations, no major DOT preventable accidents in 5 years)
No failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol tests
DOT medical card valid ≥75 days at orientation
