Take the first step into a high-demand industry with our paid CDL-A trainee program in Little Rock, Arkansas . Whether you’re starting over or starting fresh, we’ll pay you during training, match you with a mentor, and set you up for long-term success as a solo driver.
Trainee Weekly Pay: $650 during training
Solo Driver Earnings: $1,000–$1,400+ per week after training
CPM Range (DOE): $0.43–$0.51
Stop Pay: $15 per stop after solo upgrade
Equipment Provided: Late-model tractor assigned after training
OTR Program: 12–14 days out, followed by a 34-hour reset at home
Freight: 100% dry van (mix of live loads and drop & hook)
Coverage: Nationwide route options post-upgrade
Must hold a valid CDL-A (new grads welcome!)
Willing to run over-the-road (2 weeks out minimum)
Live within 200 miles of Little Rock, AR
