Position Title: CDL Driver / Delivery Personnel – Construction & General Tool Industry

Job Responsibilities:

Load, unload, and deliver/pick up construction equipment, ensuring all records are accurately maintained.
Secure customer signatures and promptly report any issues related to deliveries or pickups to the supervisor.
Have a deep understanding of rental inventory and provide expert recommendations on equipment to customers.
Perform daily vehicle inspections, ensure vehicles are well-maintained and clean, and report any mechanical or maintenance issues.
Educate customers on the proper use of equipment and manage any missing or damaged items efficiently.

Job Overview:

As a CDL Driver / Delivery Personnel, you will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, delivering equipment, and assisting customers with equipment reservations, contracts, and inquiries. You will provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional, and courteous attitude.

Work Environment:

Exposure to varying weather conditions, chemicals, and electrical equipment.
Physical demands include stooping, bending, lifting, and carrying equipment.
Required Education, Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid Class A or Class B CDL license required.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, maintain a professional appearance, and have a clean driving record.
Familiarity with local roads and ability to perform basic math calculations.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Must pass company drug screening and maintain consistent attendance.
Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with patience and professionalism.
