Chiropractor Federal Way, WA
We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our growing wellness practice full time in Federal Way, WA. We seek an Associate that shows drive, adaptability, and integrity to join our dynamic and award-winning team.

The incoming DC will make an impact on our patients quality of life by improving the health care available in our community and building strong patient relationships with an emphasis on overall health. You will treat patients using a multimodal approach that consists of instrument and manual adjusting, soft tissue therapies, rehabilitative exercises & lifestyle modifications and refer patients for appropriate diagnostic studies and/or health providers when necessary.

In addition to chiropractic, we offer massage therapy, physical therapy, naturopathic holistic medicine, physical exams, womens health, acupuncture, weight loss, nutrition, and wellness care. We have a dynamic and diverse team of chiropractors, physical therapists, naturopathic doctors, massage therapists, PTAs, acupuncturists, and amazing supportive staff!
Duties:
Patient exam/evaluations (physical exam, review pertinent records/reports)
Take and review X-rays
Management of Patient care to include adjustments including extremities, Full Spine Diversified, Impulse, Drop, soft tissue mobilization, cold laser, and rehabilitative exercises
Complete all chart notes and charges daily
Analyze and import all digital radiographs into patient record and create ROF booklet for new patients
Instruct patients on rehabilitative exercises
Complete any requested reports from Insurance companies
Monitor inventory orthopedic supplies, pillows, heel lifts and traction units
Annual self-audit of patient records
Develop and implement rehabilitative protocols in collaboration with the PTs and PTAs
Assist in creating Home Exercise Programs
Attend marketing and outreach events as needed
Attend monthly staff meetings, weekly leadership meetings, and periodic workshops.
Collaborate with all providers on co-treatments of patients
Post blogs and /or social media twice weekly
Wash patient gowns
Perform any tasks to assist in keeping the office clean, safe, and efficient
Requirements:
A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college (DC)
Valid DC license in Washington State
Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in Washington State
Prior experience in a private practice healthcare setting preferred
Salary (range):
$70k to start, expected to reach $100K by year end
