CLERK-TYPIST - PART-TIME - NON-COMPETITIVE
(17.5 - 19.5 HOURS PER WEEK)
STARTING SALARY: AS PER ACSRPA CONTRACT
Responsibilities include:
Maintain confidentiality;
Serve as a positive, enthusiastic, productive team member;
Adherence to deadlines and due dates;
Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel;
Office skills, including typing, telephone, data management and record keeping;
Well-developed communication skills for working with team members and families;
Knowledge of/ability to manage purchasing processes.
Tasks include:
Budget requisitions and purchase orders;
Collaborate with district registrar in regards to UPK;
Support and update elements of district website;
Information dissemination to district families;
Monitor and track grant spending;
Data entry;
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Computer skills and good knowledge of office terminology, procedures and equipment are required. Knowledge of office operations is preferred.
