We’re seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Client Relations & Fundraising Specialist to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Client Relations & Fundraising Specialist (Entry-Level) will support client communication, campaign coordination, and grassroots fundraising strategies that help nonprofits achieve their mission. You’ll serve as a key point of contact between our agency and the community, supporting both client satisfaction and fundraising success through events, donor outreach, and engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day client communications , scheduling, and campaign updates

  • Support the execution of grassroots and digital fundraising campaigns

  • Help plan and staff community fundraising events , galas, and outreach initiatives

  • Coordinate donor communications, including thank-you letters, follow-ups, and reporting

  • Maintain CRM databases and donor records

  • Assist in preparing fundraising materials: pitches, social media posts, print collateral

  • Provide administrative and project support for campaign managers and account leads

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal

  • Passion for nonprofit work, social justice, and community development

  • Organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines

  • Friendly and confident engaging with donors, community leaders, and clients

  • Experience with fundraising, event planning, or client services a plus (internships or volunteer work welcome)

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with CRM platforms (like Salesforce, Bloomerang, or HubSpot) is a bonus

  • Bilingual (Spanish, Cantonese, Tagalog, or other community languages) highly desirable
