KeystoneCare is looking for dedicated and compassionate Caregivers ( CNA or Home Health Aids) to provide private duty care in the Chesnut Hill area. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their daily living activities and providing emotional support to help them maintain a fulfilling lifestyle in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and will be able to work with clients who may have varying needs, including personal hygiene assistance, companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Schedule: 11:00 pm to 05:00 am Area: Chesnut Hill, PA Responsibilities Providing companionship and emotional support to clients. Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming. Monitoring clients' health and reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare personnel. Preparing meals and assisting clients with eating. Performing light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe living environment. Assisting with mobility and transportation, including helping clients move between locations. Accompanying clients on outings and medical appointments, as needed. Documenting care provided and maintaining accurate records. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions. Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic attitude towards client care. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain a safe and clean environment. High School Diploma or equivalent Proof of Influenza Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption. Employees designated in a driver status, traveling from site to site, will be required to maintain a valid driver's license and auto insurance at all times.
