CNA/Medical Assistant (Plenty of driving).

What You’ll Do:

• Travel daily to various nursing homes — reliable vehicle and comfort with extensive driving is a MUST.
• Serve as the on-site patient advocate, supporting patient assessments and ensuring patient engagement.
• Use tech tools to manage patient follow-ups, data entry, and remote team coordination.
• Build genuine rapport with nursing home staff, patients, and families.
• Be the go-to problem-solver- anticipate patient needs, act fast, and follow through.

What Makes You a Fit:

• CNA or Medical Assistant certification with 2+ years of hands-on experience.
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented — you don’t wait to be told what to do.
• Empathetic, kind, and skilled at building trust with vulnerable populations.
• Punctual and reliable — your team can count on you.
• Strong time management — you know how to structure your day and meet goals independently
• Tech-comfortable — quick to adapt to patient software, EHRs, and mobile tools and can troubleshoot easily.
