Client is seeking a New Accounts Banker to join their commercial banking team. This role is responsible for opening and maintaining consumer and basic business accounts, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting branch sales goals. The ideal candidate will have experience with new account procedures, regulatory compliance (including BSA and CIP), and the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products. Duties include processing new accounts, performing teller transactions as needed, ensuring accurate documentation, and cross-selling bank services. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and core banking systems are essential. A minimum of one year of teller experience is required. CRA volunteer participation (minimum 10 hours per year) is also encouraged.
