Commercial Lines Account Manager - Independently Owned Agency - Base Salary to 75k/year - Middleton, MA

• Our client, a respected mid-sized insurance agency in Middleton, MA, is seeking a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team full-time. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be involved in managing and servicing a well-established Commercial Lines book of business on a letter split, with a focus on providing exceptional day-to-day client support. Responsibilities:

• Manage a Commercial Lines book of business, including general commercial accounts such as contractors, trade contractors, lessor’s risk, and restaurants.
• Handle renewals, letters, insurance summaries, certificates of insurance, and endorsements.
• Provide account rounding by recommending additional coverage options to clients for comprehensive protection.
• Facilitate new customer onboarding to ensure seamless experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 75k/year, with additional commission opportunities.
