eTech POS Store in Kissimmee, FL is looking for one POS/Computer technician to join us. We are located at 4655 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy.

Description: Join our team as a Point of Sale/Computer Tech and help us ensure seamless operation and support for our POS systems and computer hardware. In this role, you’ll be responsible for servicing POS software and hardware, performing system setups, programming, testing, remote or onsite installations, and providing training. You will also diagnose and repair technical, mechanical, software, and networking issues, maintain system updates, and create and manage documentation of installations, repairs, and resolved issues.

Qualifications:

• Required experience:
• Proven experience working as a POS/computer technician.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
• Skills required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using contact management database systems.
• Knowledge of computer security and networking.
• Other qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
