The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel is recruiting for a Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will curate memorable experiences in response to guest inquiries and coordinates special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently. Inform guests of hotel services and features, local events in the city, venues and transportation.

Responsibilities

• · Address any problems and unusual situations; follow through until resolved and record through HotSOS.
• · Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
• · Participate in quality control activities and comply with quality assurance expectations and standards as directed by the hotel (Forbes, LQA and Rosewood Brand Standards).
• · Interact in courteous and professional manner with all guests, staff and community members.
• · Respond in courteous, professional and rapid manner in order to resolve all guest and staff difficulties.
• · All other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity for a luxury or ultra-luxury property in New York City
• Membership in Les Clefs d'Or required.
• Must be able to available to work Weekends, Nights, Mornings and Holidays.

Compensation : $42.28 per hour
