Position Summary: We are seeking a bilingual, creative Content Writer with a passion for storytelling and a knack for crafting compelling narratives. This role focuses on creating video scripts and long-format content that captivates, informs, and inspires. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative team to shape stories that reflect our brand values and elevate our messaging.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conceptualize content ideas that resonate with target audiences and format them into scalable series.
• Write engaging video scripts with the ultimate goal of entertaining our audiences.
• Develop short and long-format content, including case studies, with a storytelling-first approach.
• Work with directors, producers, and designers to ensure storytelling aligns with visual and production elements.
• Craft narratives that are emotionally engaging and aligned with brand voice and messaging.
• Edit and refine scripts and content to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging storytelling techniques, and audience preferences.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional writing experience, with a focus on video scriptwriting and long-format content.
• Proven ability to craft narratives for different platforms, including digital, social, and print.
• Exceptional storytelling and narrative development skills.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities, with an emphasis on clarity, tone, and style.
• Familiarity with video production processes and terminology (preferred).
• Ability to identify entertaining content opportunities and turn them into engaging content.
• Highly collaborative and able to work effectively within a creative team.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)

· Portfolio : A robust portfolio showcasing video scripts, long-format storytelling pieces, and creative writing examples.
