Job Title: Contract Technical Recruiter (Korean Market)

Location: Remote (based in South Korea or the United States)

Contract Type: Freelance/Contract

Project Overview:
We are partnering with South Korea's leading e-commerce platform, to recruit for 30 engineering positions. Our Client is known for its cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions that redefine online shopping experiences.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with expertise in the Korean market to join us on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local talent landscape, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored sourcing strategies.

• Source, screen, and evaluate engineering candidates for roles in areas such as cloud, software development, and infrastructure.

• Leverage job boards, social media, and local networks to identify top talent in the Korean market.

• Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

• Provide regular updates and insights to the team on recruitment progress and challenges.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a focus on the Korean market.

• Familiarity with engineering roles and technical terminology.

• Strong network of engineering professionals in South Korea.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.

• Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
