Sodexo Live! is hiring for a culinary position for the University of Louisville Team Meals operation at L&N Stadium.
The Team Meals operation works in partnership with the University of Louisville football team to provide daily meals to the university's team players. This position will provide culinary support and expertise in preparation for the team meals and will work alongside a strong culinary and catering staff.
The culinary cook will contribute to Sodexo Live!’s operational and financial success by following all Sodexo Live! culinary standards for sanitation and preparation to ensure that food product is of the highest quality in taste and appearance, to satisfy guest expectations and to maximize food revenues..
Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
