TalentLogistiX is immediately seeking skilled Custom Cabinet Makers/Installers in the Indianapolis, IN area to join our winning team! We offer steady work , above average wages with weekly pay for those with the skills and knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals.

Pay Rate: $30.00/hr-$35.00/hr (depending on experience)

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46237

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm

Custom Cabinet Maker/Installer Responsibilities:

• Cabinet Construction: Build and assemble custom cabinets according to specifications and design plans.
• Material Selection: Select and prepare the appropriate materials, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine dimensions and materials required.
• Finishing Work: Apply finishes such as stains, varnishes, and paints to complete the cabinetry work.
• Installation: Install completed cabinets at various job sites, ensuring a perfect fit and finish.
• Quality Control: Inspect and verify the quality of completed cabinets, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers, project managers, and carpenters, to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.

Custom Cabinet Maker/Installer Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in cabinet building or custom carpentry.
• Skills: Proficient in the use of woodworking tools and machinery.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of cabinet construction techniques and materials.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
