Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. - Manage order entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support operational needs. - Provide clear and detail oriented communication to resolve customer issues and answer questions. - Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address customer concerns or provide updates. - Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and meet performance targets. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency. - Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend improvements. - Assist in training new team members or sharing best practices when needed. - Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a positive team environment. Requirements - Proven experience in call center or customer service roles. - Strong skills in order entry and data accuracy. - Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Proficient in using computer systems and applications. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment. - Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction. - High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills.
