With your skills in technical consulting, solution design, and storytelling, you will make a **lasting impact** on our clients' businesses by delivering game-changing Oracle solutions that enhance operations and drive success. **Key Responsibilities:** **Lead the Charge:** As an expert in the **Oracle Hospitality Suite** , you'll guide both prospective and current clients in transforming their operations using **OPERA Property Management** , deployment methodologies, and migration solutions. **Engage & Inspire:** Develop and deliver high-impact, dynamic presentations and demos that showcase Oracle's strength and value, helping clients see the clear path forward with our solutions. **Be the Trusted Advisor:** Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, communicate functional benefits, and drive meaningful outcomes. **Collaborate & Innovate:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine client solutions, share insights, and drive continuous improvement across all our offerings. **Grow the Business:** Actively identify additional consulting opportunities, guiding clients through their implementation and migration journeys, and helping them fully leverage the power of Oracle Hospitality. **Champion the Brand:** Position Oracle's consulting services as the industry leader, demonstrating our competitive advantages and delivering value that resonates from the **C-suite** down to operational teams. **What We're Looking For:** **Hospitality Expertise:** A minimum of **5 years** in the hospitality industry (hotel, casino, or food & beverage). You've worked on the front lines, understand the complexities of operations, and have a passion for improving the guest experience. **OPERA Mastery:** At least **3-5 years of hands-on experience** in **OPERA consulting, implementation, and/or migration** -you know the ins and outs of the system and how to maximize its impact for clients. **Strategic Thinking:** You can see the big picture and translate that into actionable, high-impact solutions. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10.
