Sr. Information Technology Security Specialist @ Hybrid

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in IT security, risk management, and compliance, underpinned by certifications like CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) , CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) , and CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) . This role involves strategic planning, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Design and implement robust security strategies to protect enterprise systems, networks, and data.
Identify, assess, and manage IT security risks in line with industry standards and frameworks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA).
Perform security audits, assessments, and penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities.
Develop and oversee the incident response plan, including detection, containment, and remediation of security breaches.
Monitor security alerts, analyze threats, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
Establish and maintain security policies, standards, and guidelines.
Provide guidance on secure system development and ensure adherence to best practices.
Familiarity with security tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners).
Strong understanding of frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, and ITIL.
Experience in cloud security and DevSecOps practices.
