Position Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and remote technical support to Owners, their families, assistants, and executive users, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills, customer service, and independent issue resolution, while reporting to the Manager of Executive Desktop Support
Work with the Information Technology (IT) service center to provide technical support for owner and executive issues, ensuring assigned calls are responded to while being on a 24x7x365 on-call rotation and diagnosed swiftly to reflect the status
Maintain confidentiality in all dealings with owners and executives ensuring that operational level and service level objectives are adhered to while maintaining up to date level of knowledge with regards to technology
Document actions and procedures to ensure an accurate and accessible record of the current state of the system, assisting other members of the executive desktop team when appropriate to complete tasks int he necessary timescale
Communicate the progress of investigations and planned solutions to customers, managing their level of expectation, while liaising with colleagues and utilizing their expertise to solve more complex problems
Provide onsite support at executives’ home offices concerning network and desktop services and audio-visual system setup, problem solving in Windows, Apple, and Citrix, as well as assisting in the management of vendors such as internet service providers, cable, and satellite TV

Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Certification in Apple, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Technology Specialist or equivalent technical certification
5 plus years of experience with executive level support in an enterprise corporate setting in an onsite and remote capacity
3 plus years of experience configuring and supporting Apple (iPads, iOS, iPhones, MacBooks) and Android devices, as well as working with Active Directory, Azure AD, MS Office, Office 365, Windows, Mac environments, and networking
Experience in setting up, installing, cabling, and maintaining executive home offices with networking equipment (Apple, Cisco, VoIP) and adept at working in a fast-paced, technical environment
Experience with Citrix and endpoint management tools such as SCCM, Jamf, and Intune is preferred
