Responsibilities and Qualification for Desktop Support:

• Install and configure computer software, hardware, and peripheral equipment.
  Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues quickly and efficiently.
  Set up computers and other office equipment for employees.
  Provide steps to help internal users resolve technical problems.
  Maintain technical support procedures and reports.
  Create accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
