Title: Desktop Support Analyst

Contract Details

Location: Atlantic City, NJ

Onsite is required.

Start: February 1, 2025

Duration: One year

Candidates considered: USC and GC Holders

NOTE: Please note that this is a fully onsite role. The candidate will be required to travel to multiple sites as outlined in the job summary. Mileage will be reimbursed from the base location, which is in Atlantic City. It is essential that the candidate has a reliable car, and a DMV check will be conducted as part of the screening process.

Desktop Support Analyst - Summary:

The role supports the Manager of IT Services in various departmental activities aimed at enhancing overall corporate performance. Key responsibilities include the design, development, and maintenance of systems, data management, security access, project coordination, and interfacing with other systems. Additionally, the role involves gathering and analyzing information, refining processes, and providing end-user support through efficient and cost-effective technology solutions.

Desktop Support Analyst - Required Skills - MUST HAVES:

  • A four-year Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Significant professional experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based hardware and software applications is required.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
  • Active Directory & Windows Server 2000 (or higher)
  • Office 2000 (or higher)
  • Mobile and cellular technologies (iPad, Tablets, iPhone)
  • ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with Android-based tablets
